I've been dancing in my Palm Springs backyard alone for almost 2 years. This is where I let go, create, self-care, get dirty & have fun with my greatest love... music.

FLOW - Stretch, connect & open your heart with this 30min beginner dance warm up. Open to all levels & abilities. Let's FLOW in the sunshine together. 8am PST - 11am EST
60'S - Celebrate peace, love & everything groovy with this 45min beginner go-go dance class. Open to all levels & abilities. Let's create & embrace the magic of 60'S together. 9am PST - 12pm EST
GRIND - Straight up this is a down n' dirty intermediate dance class to my favorite dirty base lines & gritty guitar riffs. Beginners are also welcome. This is the class to touch & turn ourselves on through dance. Have a broom ready cause we're gonna GRIND it. 6pm PST - 9pm EST
